I love the location as well as the promptness to pick you up from your vehicle and then return you to your vehicle. There have been a limited number of times that I had to wait more than a couple minutes for a shuttle back to my vehicle upon arrival. The staff is also always cheerful and accomidating.

First time I used it, service was very good. Nice day for me for the shuttle driver drop you off, throw the bags in the trunk and if you go.

Some thing I don’t like is that I’ve been trying to contact you about putting this stay to my frequent parking loyalty program. Also, I found on your website that you have a parking place near the Miami port. I’ve written two emails and have not received an answer to either. That part of your service is not too good

Seems if everything goes perfect, your service is great, but if there is a issue or a conflict and you have to be notified, your service is not so good
