had to wait for 15 min at 330 am for a bus in your lot. I think some had to wait longer. Need more busses for the early morning rush!! I was cold standing outside in line.

Ease of booking online; helpful staff when you drive in/out of facility - even when the barcodes don't work they help you! The only problem we run into is the wait time is really long (15-20 mins) once you park to get to the airport.

Very fast pickup and drop off. The drivers were fantastic. The first driver that I had was extremely concerned about me and recognized I was about to have a panic attack (diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety and panic disorders). He was very attentive and made sure I was on and squared away and once I was ok, he got me to my terminal and helped with my bags. I wish I knew his name, but he was phenomenal.
