Excellent service as I've been using Park n Fly for many years. Didn't get the name of our return driver, but he couldn't have been more accommodating. As info, we returned about 5pm on October 17th.

This was my first time trying valet. The process was smooth, timely and professional. My return trip was a redeye, arriving at 5 am. I missed a shuttle as i walked out of the airport. Another bus was pulling up in less than 2 minutes. I appreciate your service.

There's always drivers ready when you arrive. When you return during after hours, the shuttle arrives less than 10 minutes.

Lot is secure. Staff very friendly. Quick pick up at vehicle and luggage loaded and unloaded. Quick pick up once arriving back to airport. This is our top place to park when flying out of Chicago Midway!

Nigel, our driver was courteous and on-time and the shuttle was easily recognizable. There was a passenger who lost his parking ticket stub and Nigel went out of his way to get info and help identify his reservation so that his car can be located and ready for pick up. Nigel also insisted on leaving the luggage outside the van and he would load it for us. This was not the case at MCO. Big difference from the service that we go at MCO Orlando Int'l airport shuttle service where the shuttle were not clearly marked with signage on where that shuttle was going to. Caused a lot of confusion as to which shuttle is taking you to which gate. Park-n Fly runs 100% more efficiently than MCO, in my opinion.

You follow me to my car most times. You make frequent trips to the terminal. And, you help me through the gates. I won’t park anywhere else.

Parking is easy at Park n Fly. We always reserve in advance and a spot is always available when we arrive. The shuttle is efficient and gets us to and from the airport quickly and we know our vehicle is safely parked while we are away. (Once, we needed a jump start upon our return and flagged down the shuttle bus in the lot. They radioed and had someone out to help us in no time.)
