What do you like about our services?

We love the ease of getting to the Park 'N Fly location, taking transportation to and from Terminal 1 at MSP Airport and the friendly, helpful Park 'N Fly staff. We had trouble getting the QR Code on my phone to work with the code reader at the exit this past Tuesday evening. We got help from a team member and were able to exit, but it took time to do. Another couple exiting had the same problem. We were told to increase the brightness of our smart phone's display screen. Even so, we still had to have help from am off-site Park 'N Fly staff person to exit. Other than that, service at Park 'N Fly was great!

Well maintained facilities, superior customer service, shuttles are always timely, drivers and attendants are always professional, polite and helpful. I have used all the off site Oakland airport parking locations and Park N Fly is the best hands down.

easy to book online, app for phone, valet drop off and pick up is the bomb! Friendly staff. You have changed my perception of what it's like to fly out of Atlanta airport for the better!! And that was a tough one to pull off!
