Kudos to the shuttle driver, Donald. He was so accomodating and kind as he was driving us back to the parking lot. He had the "fun" task of telling my husband and me about the fact that our car was towed to another spot. The staff at Park 'n Fly noticed water leaking from the ground, under our car in section P. The ground was getting soft and the water was up several inches around our tires. A tow truck was called to move our car and others to a safe location. Had they not been proactive and safely moved the cars, our car would have collapsed into a sink hole. So that was a nice "welcome home." The City of Chicago Water Department was still working in the evening when we arrived, repairing the water main leak in a deep hole in the ground. Thank you to the team at Park 'n Fly for ensuring that our car was not damaged during this unexpected situation.

My wife left her cell phone on the dashboard of our car in the Park 'N Fly parking lot. One of the buses took me by myself from the terminal back to the lot and arranged for a regular bus to pick me up at my parking space. I really wish I had the name of the kind-hearted woman driver who calmed me down on the way to the lot. It was above and beyond the call of duty! (Plus we made our flight with time to spare.)

Never have to wait for shuttles more than 5 minutes. Drivers are polite and professional. There is always someone in the office to help if you need it.

Ability to make reservations, your van pick up and delivery back to my car. Very convenient. However, it’s a pain getting out as traffic is backed up.
