I have been using this service for a few years now and it’s always been efficient. This last trip we waited 25 minutes at the airport for a ride back to parking lot. Usually a bus is waiting for us within minutes of requesting the come and get me in the app.

First time to park here. Didn’t know what to expect. Have had bad experiences at your competitor with long waits at the actual parking facility and having to take an Uber from my car due to not enough help or vans. Rude staff at the gate. Was pleasantly surprised at the speed once inside the gate and speed when being picked up at the airport. Will give you another visit in November. Do you have a Park n Fly near Love Field also?

Valet services were fantastic!

The location is convenient and drivers are great. My only complaint is that I had a hard time getting the code readers to read the bar code on my phone. We will be back though.

Convenient
Although all information I was given told me to text when I was ready for pickup. Someone from the location called me but I missed call. I noticed it after about 15 minutes. I called back and when they answered they asked if I was ready for pickup even though I had texted 15 minutes prior.

I like being a preferred member but ai have to say pick up at the airport for returning visitors has been challenging. Longer waits than normal and the buses are packed.

I mnow staffing is a challenge but hoping you can do better as I and several parker’s had fo wait for a 2nd bus last time home - over 20min and it was full too.
