It's been many years since I needed to park at the airport. The shuttle was parked behind my car to pick us up before I even had the car turned off. We were next to last being dropped off at the terminal, and my husband left a bag on the bus. We realized it almost immediately and I called to report it. Luckily, I had seen our shuttle driver's name and was able to tell the office. Coko was making her last drop off and returned within minutes to save the day! Pickup at the terminal was smooth as well.

I use Park N Fly frequently and I love it. It's very convenient. I love that the shuttle picks me up at my car and then drops me off right at my car. The drivers are always helpful getting the baggage in and out for me. I also love that my car is protected in a gated area while it is parked. I highly recommend Park N Fly!

Very easy to make a reservation and use the service. Arrival and departure transportation is wonderful and takes no time at all, because the Park-N-Fly lot is so close to the CLE Airport.
The App is also very user freindly.

I was worried about finding a spot on a Monday so I reserved parking in advance and the process was very easy - both to reserve and once I arrived on site. The drivers were friendly and helped me with my bags. I was especially happy when I walked outside after arriving back in ATL to see the bus waiting for me. Excellent service from beginning to end.
