I discovered CLE Park N' Fly after numerous nightmares trying to part at the airport during construction. I have been thrilled with the service - the people are all friendly and professional, the buses are clean, and I have been absolutely blown away with the efficiency of the service. It is amazing and way cheaper and FASTER than parking at the airport. I will never go back to parking at the airport.

What do you like about our services?

Prompt service in both pick up/delivery to our flight and pick up/return to our car at the lot.
Drivers were helpful and courteous as well as attendants! Great staff!

The parking lot is well lit and safe. The drivers are always courteous and helpful. The shuttles run to and from the airport often and the price is very reasonable.

Very easy in and out. Very short, if any, wait time for shuttle to and from airport. Very reasonably priced compared to others in area for service provided. Drivers are always friendly and very helpful with luggage.

Quick pickup and delivery to your vehicle. That said, one BIG item to help everybody would be to allow saving your space# in the reservation. Those slips of paper almost always get lost, slowing your process.
