It was very easy to use. I have never had to park and fly before and this was my first time for using this service. The drivers were very nice. I only had to ask the airport personnel where to go to get back to my car as the instructions on the paper were not clear to me, but again I have not flown in 10 years and I had thought I was on the lower level and was not. :)

driver was brilliant, courteous, polite, and patient. having to drive IAH everyday would drive me insane, the place is a total mess - there is clearly no regard for users of the infrastructure or the paying customers.

I loved being able to go online and set up my parking and pay for it. Also I would receive texts to remind me, and the best part of it was being able to text “come get me” after getting baggage. We didn’t even wait, we were picked up almost immediately. Also I love the covered parking. Probably should be more of that.
