you are very reliable and drivers are always prompt

i do need to report being unhappy that when i arrived back to park and fly lot - i found the hatch of my car open, with no one in attendance. when i asked the attendant - the response was "this is the new policy......" the back of my car was filled with other packages, and obviously no room to put luggage!!! what happened to good old fashion common sense. No happy that my private belongings were in view for the entire parking lot to see.

Ease of getting in. Prompt and polite shuttle drivers.

Getting OUT, when we were exhausted and new to the service was a hassle. The attendant made a big deal about us not having some piece of paper we SUPPOSEDLY got on entering 4 days earlier. We had used the App. She had a hard time looking up our reservation, and was just rude and unpleasant the entire time—not the sort of person you want to encounter at the end of a harrowing day of travel!
