There's a lot to like! Convenient location, very prompt bus service in both directions, ability to reserve a space and pay by app, friendly staff in the booth and the bus, and the car wash station. But I want to call out special recognition for my driver from the airport during my last trip: Lou. Lou ranks in the top 1% of all travel service people I've encountered in my long life of business and personal travels. He was professional, upbeat, greeted me like royalty, spoke highly of the Park 'N Fly business and especially the Cleveland location and really made me glad I was a customer. I just can't say enough about this guy - he is a true gem! I will continue to use Park 'N Fly in the future, even if/when Cleveland Hopkins fixes their parking issues. Thank you Lou! You're the best!

What do you like about our services?

Easy access to airport. Shuttles drivers were very courteous. Large parking spaces. Didn’t feel like I was squeezing to get into stall.

Friendly, helpful drivers and pickup. Wish people tipped them more. Convenient location, fash drop off and pickup. Wish your scanners worked better, however. Always seem to have a problem.

Have used your service many times. Most recently I lost my ticket but had my contract in hand. Gentleman was very rude to me at 11:45 pm after 13 hours of travel. Always loved the valet service. Will continue to use it but just a FYI. People are humans and things happen. No need to call me out in front of a bus load of customers.

EXCELLENT SERVICE - We are regular users of the excellent Park 'N Fly parking and valet service. Park 'N Fly provides outstanding customer service and is truly more than a parking service. During our recent booking at Park 'N Fly, staff member Nancy went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us when we encountered an unexpected problem with our car right that we discovered right before taking off for the airport. We are very thankful to Nancy for her kindness and expertise. We highly recommend Park 'N Fly.

We had an amazingly good & Bad experience! The shuttle came so fast to pick us up we didn't shut our car off! Nothing could be done but let it run out of gas! So when we got back from our trip my husband went the office for help & 2 of the nicest guys came to our rescue!! They put in some gas & away we went. I'm so sorry we didn't get their names but they were awesome. If you don't park at Park n Fly, you're Nuts!!!!
