I like that I feel safe and safe for my car to stay there over multiple days. On the day we arrived back a lady named Edie was our shuttle driver. I watched as she helped every single person with their luggage on and off the shuttle and she was so kind to all. She made coming home after our stressful day of flying better! Thank you to her!

Fatina F., cashier the night we checked out, helped us with grace and a generous spirit when we left the MSP lot on Saturday evening. I had messed up our reservation on both ends. I figured out the front end was wrong on our way to park (I had started the reservation at the time we were to arrive at our destination). Our auto-check out billed us more, and she was very helpful to get this taken care of. When we got home, I realized I'd put in a too-early time for our departing time as well. That made me even more grateful for Fatina's graciousness. Give her a gold star for great customer service!

Super easy to reserve! Drivers were friendly & give you a card with your parking space info so you don't have to try to remember or get lost upon returning. Prices reasonable compared to overall airport parking.
