Help was present and available. Coming and going from a flight can be stressful and someone was there to tell me where to park when I arrived on a snowy morning. I liked help with my luggage having and being picked up at my car. Being texted the QR code the day before was great. It would be helpful for the day of pickup that the link would have an instructions reminder - go to silver parking, level one. It only had mentioned the “pickup point” but after 12 days away I didn’t remember where that was and couldn’t find my reservation document. When the arm wouldn’t lift on my way out, help was prompt via the call button.

Oh my gosh. The. Best. Service. And caring employees! I lost my car keys on my trip and the extent to which the employees - drivers and manager - went to help me and make sure I was comfortable was WAY above & beyond. I never did find my keys, which is SO BIZARRE but they did all they possibly could do to help me.

USUALLY, I get picked up very quickly - as soon as I reach my car. That has not happened the last 2 times. Not sure what is going on. The service gets me to and from the airport quickly.

I forgot my condo keys in truck and called the office to ask if they could bring them to me at the airport, which they did without hesitation...great srvice
