Convenience is definitely a factor; I like how easy it is to make a reservation; I drop my car off and then I don't worry about it.
The shuttle service is great: the drivers are courteous and efficient and on our last trip the driver had classical music playing which was quite nice at 6:30 in the am.
Upon return I like how you can use the app to alert the shuttle that you're ready for pickup and they will have your car ready for you if you use the valet service.

Location is superb. The staff is so welcoming and attentive. This is certainly the best option for parking when traveling through Hartsfield-Jackson!

After a 7 day trip to Mexico, we came back to a completely dead battery in our Subaru Outback. I mean completely dead. Key fob wouldn't even work. The staff at Park and Fly were absolutely great! They used their portable jump starter unit to get us up and running. They were most helpful and friendly. Can't say enough good things about this crew. Thanks a million!

Hiwever, the app.is consistently terrible. Unavblec to make reservations; won't allow to use stored cards; didn't track the shuttle. Always something. Aside from the app, they're is no better facility around!
