Pickup and drop off are easy and convenient.

My only problem is when I park my standard transmission LandCruiser, it is never waiting for me at the valet. It took an extra 10 minutes to retrieve it. You guys need a system to remind the valets to send someone who can drive manual transmissions to retrieve the car.

The last time we used Park and Fly, the driver took a long time driving around to pick up people. Took 30 minutes to get to the airport since we also went to Terminal 2 first.

Great location that’s convenient for arrival and departure. The bar code for pre-paid entrance and exit is fast. The bus drivers are friendly and efficient. We wouldn’t park anywhere else for our Atlanta flights. Thank you!
