The ease of location, ease of parking, sense of security in the lot, efficiency and genuine politeness of each of the five staff we met, the minibus picking us up and dropping us off at our car, the convenience of your pickup Point at HH terminal. The use of QRC so efficient.
I have never had a smoother experience coming or going from a major airport with a vehicle involved. We shall NEVER use another system than yours when flying MSP.

I am glad that Park 'n Fly exists for my travel out of Bradley. I am a senior citizen, single, and grateful that I can just leave my car for someone to park and then I get taken to the terminal. I will always use the valet parking option because after-dark arrivals are daunting to me at my age. On my most recent arrival at Bradley I was helped by Stevie V who was polite and carried all my luggage and made coming home especially good after a difficult trip to deal with an aging family member.
