I did have a very strange experience November 5 in the early afternoon. Came into the parking garage with my confirmed reservation and parked where instructed on level 3. Then almost 1/2 hour passed before I was picked up. Three vans breezed by me in the very next row, and with me waving and calling at them, they did not make the loop to get on me and went on their way. Then, I was able to shout down a fourth van, and the driver said he had other things to do and to wait.
I had called the local office twice and was told that they were on their way. Finally, the fifth van arrived with a wonderful, friendly, driver--Terrell--who made apologies and got me right to the airport. Thank you, Terrell!
A curious sidenote: while on Terrel's van, Park N Fly San Francisco called me and asked if I had been picked up yet, and they were puzzled why the help desk had referred me to their office when I was in the MSP lot. Who knows, just odd.
My return to MSP was a breeze, with Nathanal picking me up immediately and getting me back to the parking garage.
It was a weird Sunday afternoon!

Easier to get in with the QR codes and the pick up is pretty quick at the lot. Pickup at the airport could improve a bit.
