I accidentally got a ticket when I already had one on my app. The attendant was so great, explaining what I had to do - and when I checked out a week later, everything worked out perfectly. I also really love that they take you to your car. I had always parked at a Competitor's lot, but after Amex gave me a discount I tried P&F and will only use it now! So easy!
