Easy check-in and check-out

Easy and fast check in. Drivers are polite and friendly. When I arrived my truck was open and the driver Pihn (Asian decent) was very friendly and helpful. He helped us with putting our bags in the trunk. I have used park and fly (executive valet) since 2008 and will continue to do so because of the great service.

It's very nice to have someone drop you off and pick up at the airport. Your people were relatively prompt picking up although I would have liked a bit more detail on the location of pickup since the San Francisco location was new for me.

Once our travel was completed, I realized how well park-n-fly worked for us in Atlanta. I will say that the website is not very clear on which facility is which (they have two or three) and I had to call and talk with someone. Once parked, the shuttle was efficient and swift. They are located right adjacent to the airport. Again, on arrival, the instructions are not very clear to someone who is not familiar with the Atlanta airport. However, our plane came in late at night to Atlanta and we stayed at the Marriott Renaissance Hotel which adjacent to the airport. In the morning, I googled where the park-n-fly lot was because I felt like it was very close. I was right, instead of taking all our luggage from a three-week trip back to the airport and finding the pickup spot, we were able to walk literally down the street .05 miles right to the lot, get our car and go back to the hotel and retrieve all of our luggage.
Also, the pricing was excellent. If we fly out of Atlanta again, (we are from Alabama) I would highly recommend and use park-n-fly again.
My only complaint is that I wish their instructions were more detailed on where they are (a) located and (b) for domestic and international passengers to know exactly where to go for pickup back to their cars.
