The person was helpful when I was lost in how the process worked. She allowed me to park in the front . When I came back I was also helped with my transactions. She billled me for the time I was there and left . So I should be getting a credit. Pick up and drop off was painless and not stressful. I was left on my trip with ease and in peace. So thank you!

We had not used this service before. We were very surprised by having our car ready when the van drove into the garage. We had to wait for two shuttles at the airport, but other than that, it was good.
Excellent Customer Service from the Shuttle Drivers, they are very kind and helpful and knowledgeable as to which terminal you need to arrive/be on according to your flight status!!!
There was some confusion about entering and exiting the facility as I had trouble finding the email. I think the attendants should have some quick way to look up my reservation and handing me a paper invoice/QR code. Besides that, everything else went fantastic. The shuttle was right there as we parked for expeditious transportation to the airport (that was most important to me). The parking spaces seemed a little narrow. We waited approximately 15 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up at our arrival. All in all, we'll us this service again.
