The shuttle driver was extremely attentive! The minute I turned down the isle they were waiting for me and followed me to my car, they also were prompt to get up and want to assist with my luggage. The rates were great (I have corporate discount, but even without they’re good) and the free/discounted car wash was a great surprise. It was nice to leave in a clean car from the lot.

Ten minutes parking to car to airport drop off. Very short wait from airport to pick up. Will definitely use again.

Everything! The convenience, location, and professional attitude as well as the bottles if water and free car wash on our return.

I liked everything about the process, except the very end. It was easy to get in, it was easy to park, it was easy to get to the airport, and it was easy to get picked up and taken back to my car.

The problem was getting checked out of the lot. I tried the unattended check out window and it would not work, so I got in a line of 4 cars using the check out attendant. and it took over 20 minutes to get checked out. Twenty minutes may not seem long, but when you have spent 4 hours at two airports getting checked in and out, for a 9 hour flight, all you want is to get on the road in your car.

I like to pay in advance and it was so simple. Shuttle was fast too

Your instructions were very helpful, especially since this was my first experience with your service. Everything worked out just as you indicated it would. Your personnel were helpful and considerate.

Finding your location was a bit tricky, but I made only one wrong turn.
