Generally, the shuttle service is very fast but of late, we stand for extended periods of time waiting for a shuttle. There is not enough shuttles for the demand.

Touchless entry and exit with the QR code. Bus came by right away after I parked. The bus driver made sure I got my parking space so I can remember when I get back
