Easy to get a shuttle and very timely

Shuttle drivers are prompt and courteous.
When I received less-than-acceptable service from the cashier upon exiting at my last visit, I was pleased to find a credit for my next visit.

I like the option of having my car covered, especially during the winter. Secondly, I like that the shuttle driver arrives right away to take me to the airport. On the return, shuttles arrive at the airport regularly to take me back to my car.
The shuttle drivers are helpful with luggage. They also give the customers a piece of paper with the location of where the car was parked. It's another detail I don't have to think about when traveling. The ride to the airport is a quick 5-minute trip. I was able to check my luggage where the shuttle dropped me off instead of fighting the crowds at the other luggage drop location.
Both pick-up in the Lot (3/22, 7:00 a.m.) and pick-up at the airport (3/30, 7:45 pm) went smooth and fast. Drivers were helpful and friendly.
My only knock is that your rates are high, especially with the extra fees. How about dropping the reservation fee - I don't see why reserving online costs that much or even anything. Seems like it helps Park 'N Fly manage their remaining capacity.
Charles put the bags in the truck for us. The car was ready when we arrived.
It is so slick getting to Park and Ride in Minneapolis to get your car. The over head sign At MSP Airport show “ ground transportation “ and then you take a silver tram which brings you off site, you then get on a Park and Fly shuttle and get driven to your car. Easy and relaxing!! The process is simple and straightforward! Trust me, this is the way to go at a very reasonable cost

It is very reliable and smooth. From booking online to collecting your car on your return. The bus is always very quick to pick you up! And a special thanks to the person in duty at the exit desk on Saturday 1st in Cleveland at 5.30/6pm. He was very nice and even offer some water, after our horrible journey back!

The pick up and drop off process workes very well
The driver had going and coming home was very friendly and helpful.

Reasonable price, secure lot, nice warm shuttle was immediately pulled up to our vehicle when we parked. Very friendly staff going in and out. My daughter left her iPad on the shuttle and we noticed it at the airport after we went through security. My husband called Park n Fly and the shuttle driver came back and met my husband at the terminal to deliver the iPad. Above and beyond!!!
