Feel Safe, Van is there quickly to pick up both at lot and from MDW. Drivers are professional and help with luggage. Van is clean, has seat belts and reliable. You are my preferred parking location. I wish you were also at ORD.

So grateful for your staff during our time of need. Flight delay, very late and vehicle broke down in shuttle lot and with no heat. We waited for road side assistance for over two hours and never showed up. They offered us place for warmth and checked on us to make sure we were still doing ok as we did not have winter clothing returning from AZ. Very grateful. Happy to see people still around willing to help and be involved when in need. Thank you all!
