I love the EV Chargers. Please fix them all ASAP as we need them because our barrites drain as the car sits there for days and we come back with little juice left. Only one works for now. Price is decent but for members it should be cheaper as other parking lots are in the $5 range per day.

The drop off of course is defintely easy. However, maybe it would be better to alert the lot when you arrive thru the app. It was a big difficult to follow how to alert the team to have the car ready for arrival.

I would like to commend David who was working at the Bradley Airport ParkNFly facility at about 12:30 AM on April 2 (that is, over night from April 1 to April 2).
I self-parked on 22 March and left an interior light on, draining the battery. When I returned just after midnight 10 days later on April 2 the car battery was dead.
I went into the office to ask for help. David and his colleague were friendly and sympathetic and David got a handheld charger and walked back to the car with me. When the handheld charger proved insufficient David didn't give up: he got a van and we used my jumper cables to start up the car and drive home.
We were exhausted after a long trip back from Tucson and David's friendly and skilled assistance in a tough situation really made a difference for us. Thank you David!
