Fast pick up from parking area. Friendly drivers who help with luggage.

I like that there was a staff member at the airport pickup/return area to make sure that the waiting line was orderly and was available for questions.

Positive: Very clear process to drop car off and pick car up. Extremely timely shuttle service to and from airport. Frequent notifications via email and phone.

Corrective: Depended on the physical card to get from airport to car; find a way to make this electronic in case someone loses their card.
