The car wash definitely sucks but your employees are awesome. The service is a valuable thing to have access to and I knew my car would be safe here. Mostly the cool and friendly staff that i interacted with were awesome. I feel bad for not getting their names but they were very nice and welcoming.

Because of being a frequent customer, I earn some free parking days. The last trip to Seattle (cruise), I was able to use 9 free parking days. Anyway, the drivers are very kind and frequently pick up customers.

I was very pleased in making the reservation. Everything went well. The drivers were very prompt and pleasant. The check out tenant was very pleasant and informative in her directions to beltway 8.

Easy to book on line, easy to locate slot, transfer driver followed us through the lot to our spot, and he quickly gathered up our bags. When returning, we did as the sign directed, and the transfer driver arrived to the terminal promptly. He the picked up another group, and we were taken straight to our car where he unloaded all of our bags for us. Everyone was very polite, professional, and helpful.

We were confused as to where to meet the Park and Fly Plus. We noticed at least two other customers had a hard time finding the van. One with little kids. There were no signs that we saw to where to catch the van at the Atlanta Airport. We’re retired military so we’re used to traveling and looking around the world. We actually picked up our luggage next to where next to where we needed to be but we were given directions that did not get us to where we needed to be. There was confusion as to Park and Fly and Park and Fly Plus.

Drop and pickup locations. Drivers noticed us with park and fly card before we got to our location and stopped and picked us up

They were at our car as soon as we parked and helped load our bags. They quickly got us to airport. On our return the bus was there with no waiting and again the driver helped load our bags and got us back to our car! Very friendly staff!
