The best part of the experience, for me, was knowing that I had parking reserved...I've had the experience before of getting to the airport and finding that all of the on-site lots were full, so being able to reserve in advance made it less stressful.

What do you like about our services?

Everything! We like when we get there we don't wait long to get to the airport and when we fly back in we don't have to wait long for a shuttle to bring us to our car!! We love that our car is waiting for us(and turned on in the winter). We had a driver named Rinh last time and he was very nice and helpful!

What do you like about our services?

The service was outstanding however we were surprised to find out after we had already boarded the shuttle that you don't service the international terminal. This should be made more clear on your website.

Everything went fine and your employees were friendly. However we got back around midnight and called. We were the first ones waiting for pickup, but when your shuttle arrived many other people had come and they went ahead of us and we had to wait for another shuttle. You should have a system to know the order people call so you don't have to deal with the rudeness of others. I will also say that another shuttle from Shephard road came 3 times before your shuttle came once, so I will check out that service next time.

I easily paid for my parking online and scanned the QR Code when I arrived. The shuttles were already waiting. The only complaint I have is the driver overloaded the shuttle to the airport. Way too many people.
