It has always been the easiest and fastest experience for airport parking. The shuttle picks up immediately, customer service is friendly, and we love the self check in and check out.

The service was good. However, we returned to the International Terminal. We saw other companies picking up there but when Park & Fly Plus did not show up we called and were told you do not service the International Terminal. We had waited 20 minutes for your shuttle to show up, the when we found out you do not service international we had to wait another 20 minutes for the airport bus. The bus ride then took another 15 minutes. The service was good but would not use you for international.

Easy and convenient. A little more expensive then I remembered it. Would probably use again while on business but maybe not for personal travel.

I came back from a week-long vacation to find that my car battery had died. A staff member promptly got the device needed to re-charge my batteries and helped me avoid a really stressful ordeal of having to pay for a company to come and help me out. Their assistance was unexpected and so appreciated.

Vinh L provided incredible customer service at checkout. I managed to lose my ticket and Vinh L. made the process of dealing with a lost ticket very simple, without enormous penalty fees. What can often be a negative experience in a parking lot after losing one's ticket could not have been easier and more stress-free. This is my second time using park and fly and I love the pinpoint pick up and drop off. The drivers are kind and helpful. Thank you again for the great customer service process and training of your employees.

Knowing that my vehicle is covered from the elements while I’m gone is comforting and when I return my vehicle is waiting for me when shuttle bus arrives to your location.
