Swift ride to airport DIRECTLY from my parking spot; car was safe & secure while on their lot; when I was confused about where to get the bus after returning to Cleveland after my trip, a customer service representative from Cleveland talked me through where to go and the bus waited for me. Super classy, Park N Fly! Keep up the great work!

Everyone who works there is happy and helpful. I wish i had gotten my shuttle drivers name, he was there both to drop me off and pick me up.... he was super welcoming, quick to get up and help with bags.... it was busy and he always did his best to make sure we felt like we were the only customer there....
