I enjoy the covered parking option with spacious stalls to minimize another car dinging my doors. Shuttles seem to run often, so I’m never waiting too long for pickup at the airport. And then exiting your lot after a long trip is always quick and pain free. Shuttle drivers are always courteous.

Loved having shuttle service and lady even provided a cold water bottle for each of us when leaving the parking lot. Will always use it in the future.

For a rare instance, this last stay at PnF was not the usual great service. We arrived at the PnF around 5 am for our flight and we had to wait at our car to be picked up for 15 minutes. Normally we are picked up in less than 5. We walked to the end of the row closer to the front to increase our chances of being picked up - but that did not help. We saw several buses driving around us and skipping our row each time. We were CLEARLY in direct line of sight of the tower, so it would have been difficult to miss us. We were ON the ROW in front of the tower. Then, once we were picked up... we were early on the bus, so we were delayed even further. The pickups to fill the bus is normal, but after waiting 15 minutes to be picked up... the further delay was less than desirable.

Upon return to the airport, our wait for a bus to pick us up was also more delayed than normal. Both my husband and I have been using PnF for YEARS (20+ years) and this was not your norm, so I just wanted to mention it as a chance that we experienced. Hopefully it was an exception and will be improved before our next flight.

Convenient location to Midway airport, quick pick up when parking, friendly drivers and folks working at the gate. Upon return the wait time for pick up is also fairly quick.

Always a friendly, live human at the gate with instructions. Super fast shuttle pickup at the airport. Shuttle driver takes you directly to your car and loads luggage. I feel very safe, even late at night.
