Easy online and pre-paid booking. Carwash onsite. The bus is ALWAYS there and waiting. They offer you water on the way out, which is great when you have been traveling.

ease of pick-up
Convenient to the Atlanta Airport and good price overall. The only two things I didn't particularly like are that 1) the parking spaces are VERY small, especially if a large truck or SUV parks next to you, and 2) the shuttle drop off at the airport took a little more work to get where we needed to go. Otherwise, it was great!
