Shuttle service was great, didn’t have to wait to be picked up to or from the airport.

The shuttle service is outstanding. The shuttle arrives at your car immediately and you arrive at the airport terminal in minutes due to the close proximity to the airport. Pickup after returning from your flight is efficient with the shuttle arriving within minutes. Knowing that my car is safe while I’m gone is another huge plus.

It’s close to the airport and they are prompt with getting you there and back. My car was ready when I got there.

It is great to have our car stored indoors while we are traveling, and the shuttle drops us and our luggage off at the terminal avoiding have to drag the luggage from the self-parking garages.

We were disappointed that our car wasn't waiting for us when we arrived at the Park 'n Fly facility as it has been in the past.

The Valet staff are always extremely efficient and courteous.

The drivers are polite and helpful. It was a pleasant experience and transport was quick to and from the airport.

As a single woman traveling at all hours of the day or night, I feel VERY safe there! I've even had to call AAA at 3 am and slept in my car until they arrived.
A driver is never too busy to load your bag into the trunk for you (and I do tip them).
There is ALWAYS a bottle of cold water waiting for you when you pay your bill!

The only thing I don't like is that getting to international from PNF is difficult. I don't feel safe at PNF+ and won't park down there.

This is not the first time I use park and fly with excellent service. But this time we arrived Sunday night in the middle of a bad storm in Atlanta. The driver went above and beyond to make sure the service was fast and as dry as possible (umbrellas, moving bags etc). I will continue to use your service very very good.
