Very Reasonable prices. But I have 1 problem that occurred last Wednesday June 29. Our battery was dead and one of your workers jumped the car. The next day while driving my car I noticed the hood was moving. After inspection I noticed the hood would not close all the way.. Luckily I have a neighbor that is good with cars, he looked at it and fixed it. It had something to do with the latch. He believes the hood was slammed down and it messed up the latch. He was able to fix it. I suggest you make your workers aware of this problem of slamming down the hood too hard so this problem does not happen again. I hate the new system you have about texting your number so the car will be ready. Thank you Name removed. We have been using your valet since 2008.

As soon as we arrived to park and I slid my card, it recognized me and there was no malfunction or anything. We drove to a spot and a shuttle driver was already on the way to us. By the time we got out of the car, Valerie was taking our bags to the shuttle in the rain. She handed us a card with our spot number. When we returned, the shuttle was waiting at the airport and drove us right to our spot and again helped us with our bags. She was very kind and personable. We were pleased. I would definitely use this service again. It eliminated all my concern about getting in at 12am and being stranded. Thanks!

We had a perfect transaction online. Reserved our spot and recieved a QR code to enter the facility. After finding a spot we were picked up within 5 min and were taken to terminal A at philadelphia airport. Driver was very knowledgeable and helpful. Upon arrival back at the airport at the end of our trip we called the park n fly number and were picked up within 15 min. Would definitely use again. Very smooth.
