Nice people prompt service
It is cheap, convenient and the best place to park your car. I felt comfortable leaving my car there and knowing they will pick me up at the airport. The process was easy, no fault to find.
There are directions where to park and the shuttle is there when I arrive. Drivers are helpful and friendly. Love my water when I check out!

The price for parking and location is perfect. I would like the pick up vehicle to come around more regular for arrivals.
My other issue is when my return flight was cancel due to staffing level, I arrive a day late on my return. I was charged with a one day which I expected to pay. However, I asked the clerk about if my discounts were applied? The clerk said he is not trained to apply the discounts and that was it. I think all employees who handle cash/credit accounts should be able to apply those discounts. Unfortunately, despite the service provided this is negative as a rewards and platinum uses.
The gate worker and shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful.
