The frequency of the shuttles is great, I never have had to wait too long for a shuttle even at the airport. When I pay online, it’s easy to check in and out of the lot.

What do you like about our services?

I have used park n fly plus my entire life from the time i travelled as a child with my parents to now as an adult with my own family. Staff is always quick and kind and helpful. We have always had good experiences.

The service is convenient. The pickup was a little awkward not knowing where to stand for the shuttle. I called and informed the individual we had landed but did not receive clear instructions on where to stand for the shuttle. I think the dispatcher could have provided clearer instructions and the airport more clearly marked with your logo on a column.

Each and every time, everything is seemless. From making a reservation, finding a convenient space to park, boarding the shuttle, pick up from the airport, there has never been a problem. The staff is always friendly and efficient, even in Covid times when they were stretched thin. I have recommended them numerous times and have always gotten a great report back.

Generally, it is an easy in and out. The shuttle is fairly smooth to & from airport. I like parking my own car vs. valet parking. The price isn't too bad.

Affordable & easy, very friendly staff. Quick pick up and ride to and from the airport. You also get a free car wash before leaving. I did however have an issue trying to leave. I had read many reviews before purchasing the Groupon for this, and had noticed this situation come up with others, so I made sure to screen shot my scan code and reservation codes which would not work when I was trying to leave. Then the attendant asked for my original flight airfare ticket for departure the day I parked and my drivers license, before they could get me out of the parking lot. I was kind of PO’d especially after being awake for 24hrs and jet lagged on a red eye.....but I get why they had to do it. I just do not understand why they could not track the code or reservation #.
