Ease of use, the ability to reserve a parking spot ahead of time. I particularly like the "Texas sized" parking lot for my truck or even for more space from my car. The covered option us great for my usually garaged car as well! The drivers are at your vehicle immediately, either as soon as you park or are grabbing your items. The price is an obvious plus, but it's the options and friendly service for that price that's most important and I wouldn't consider using in airport parking.

Easy to buy, easy to park, easy to get to the airport, easy to get back. I was surprised how conscientious every employee was.
Park 'N Fly Chicago Midway location is convenient. I get to the lot before arriving to the airport which avoids the airport congestion. The shuttle bus drops the customers off right at the check-in location. I like that when your flight arrives, we can check -in from the app and the shuttle bus is waiting to get you back to your car rapidly. Lastly, I like that you can receive rewards for continuous use.
The service was on time and the driver friendly
You can't beat the price and the fact that they pick you up and drop you off at your car. The only slight complaint is the wait for pick up at the terminal. All-in-all, we will keep coming back!

Shuttle is right there for you on departure and then upon return. Never have to wait. Drivers are helpful and polite.

I didn't have to drive through traffic and try to find where to go at the airport. We came from KS got off Interstate 70 at Watkins and drove on paved county roads to Park and Fly, left the same way..... no traffic!!!

The parking service was very convenient and easy to find and use. I found their employees very helpful, friendly and kind. They helped me with some questions I had and the bus driver to the airport terminal assisted me with my bags. I will definitely use their services again.
