The guy at the check in gate was very friendly and helpful. The drivers were courteous as well and provided all the information we needed to know. It was overall an easy and pleasant experience.

What do you like about our services?

The location is close to the airport. Parking is quick and the shuttles to the airport are even quicker. Only parking we use.

Both attendants -- coming and going -- were very attentive to our needs as new customers to your service. The attendant when we left the lot around 1:00 a.m. on 7/18/2022 was particularly to be commended. She was able to accommodate our need extremely well. We were driving one car from Hobby airport and needed to pick up the one we dropped off at your IAH/JFK lot. Please do express to her our commendation for a job so well done, so late at night for us.

What do you like about our services?

I liked the opportunity for a direct flight from Midway to New Haven, two airports that at age 76 I can handle by myself. For the past 20 years I always had to do a transfer or deal with an airport the size of O'Hare. I also like your prices and your website where I can get that information.

Generally easy to book a spot. Sometimes there is no availability. There are a good amount of shuttle buses amd the drivers are helpful.

The ride to the airport was held up for 15 - 20 minutes due to staffing shortages apparently.

However, connecting with the shuttle via text when I landed worked very well, and the driver was waiting for me when I got to the curb at United. And my car was ready to go when we arrived.

There was nobody there to hand me a receipt, and the drive had collected my ticket when I boarded the shuttle, so I struggled to figure out how to exit after I picked up my car.

Even so, you all provide solid service and I've been a customer for over 15 years now and recommend you to friends.

Alway can rely on the shuttle to the airport , I feel that the facility is secure and I can rest assured my vehicle will be in the same condition when I pick it up , I know people that have used other companies in the area and they had bad experiences , vandalism and had a cat converter stolen . I think your 7000 volt electric fence helps in that regard

The professionalism, the workers are very talkative and explain everything every well. They took good care of of my. My car had a flat tire when I came back (happened on my end), and the referred me to the Jiffy Lube right around the corner.
