The shuttle was waiting when I parked my car and the driver helped me with my bags. When I returned to Denver the wait for a shuttle was not very long and the driver again helped me with my bags. Finally, I was dropped off right by my car and checking out was really easy. Best parking experience I have had at DIA!

The location of the facility was easy to access and close to the airport. The parking lot pavement was clean, even and well marked versus another company’s site up the road that I used to frequent - their pavement is torn up and dirty and rough on my car’s tires. The driver of your shuttle was courteous and the shuttle’s runs were more frequent than the other company that I used to use.

I love parking at this facility, the staff are always so warm and welcoming. I have never had an issue in the 5 years that I am been parking at this location. It is the go to spot for me when I fly out of Midway!
