I was taken to the airport very fast and on the way back I was picked up very fast. It was a little hard to find my parking spot but eventually I figured it out. Signage was a little lacking. The ladies at the gates are very friendly. I’m thankful nothing happened to my car while it was in your care. I see bad things on the news. I hope you are vigilant in keeping crooks out of your parking lot, especially the ones that are stealing carburetors.

Park and Fly went above and beyond with me personally I left IAH on Thursday 7/21 and returned on 7/25. When I arrived to my destination on the 21st I realized I did not have my car keys. I hoped I had left them in my vehicle. When I returned on the 25th I checked my vehicle and they were not there. The driver Bill took me up to front office and assisted me in looking through a plethora of keys and we found my keys. I am so appreciative to Bill along with park and fly for being so honest and helpful.

We parked in the uncovered lot (July) and only had to wait about 5 min for the next shuttle to come around. (They only had 2 drivers and were short handed)
The driver got our bags for us, wrote down what space we were in (he was one number off but we found our car one spot away), but the bags on the shuttle for us and we were off! When we arrived at the airport he took our bags off for us. On the trip back, they pick up in one spot so you're not out chasing them down and our shuttle was there right as we got outside. Same routine with the bags, you give them the ticket with the number on it and they take you right to your car and put the bags in the trunk for you! Great, friendly service! Highly recommend!

The location is convenient to get to, convenient to the airport. We never wait but a few minutes to get onto the bus from the parking lot. It’s very rare that we wait more than a few minutes for a bus from the airport to get back to our car.

Convenience of pre-paying for our stay. The drivers have all been helpful and courteous. The checkout attendees are also helpful and courteous, with a bonus of a bottle of water for our 1 1/2 hour drive home. We also take advantage of the free car wash.
