I love using Park n Fly but the last two times there, I have been having issues with the QR reader to get in the gate. It gets frustrating which make it a headache to leave as well.

When I arrived to leave to go on my trip, the driver was jam up. He picked me up in a timely manner. I was very happy again with the service.
However when I came back from my trip it was a different story. The people needing a ride back to their cars had to wait in the cool temperatures along with a pretty steady rain. We had to wait more than 15 minutes for a bus from the Plus to come and get us. We watched as other buses came and picked up their riders. When he did finally arrived he was not very organized. I guess he may have been new. But I am going to let this go by and give ya'll another try. But I was very disappointed.

Friendly bus drivers who help with luggage on and off the bus. A great way to start our travel and a nice way to end without issues (like that miserable airport and its employees!).

Great service! I was able to get from the designated parking area to the airport very quickly. Parking was plentiful even around the holidays. I didn’t have to wait long for pickup to or from the airport. My vehicle was safe; and they give you wiggle room if arriving before or after your estimated arrival and departure time. The staff is always courteous. I would definitely use Park ‘N Fly ATL again! In fact, they’re the only shuttle service I will use in Atlanta.

Very easy to find your location. My experience has always been enter, park, hop right on the shuttle. When I returned the shuttle was waiting outside already. Friendly staff. Great experience!
