Everything's easy - many many vans mean you won't be waiting long at either end, they keep track of where your vehicle is so you don't have to, and you just scan and go at the exit.

Had a misunderstanding with the service, didn’t know I had choose self service, when I normally get valet service. But the staff was very good about the miss up and advise me for next time I use the website.

Just a nit - but I do wish there was a standard radio station they would play. No one wants to hear a talk show discussion about suicide or teen runaways after a long week of traveling. A pleasant smell would be nice too - maybe hide a Christmas tree air freshener under the seat 😁.

Not having to deal with airport traffic. Getting picked up at our vehicle and dropped off at the airport and getting picked up at the airport and dropped off at our vehicle is really convenient. Not having to inconvenience a family member to take up their time is well worth the price.
