Only problem need wider parking spaces so you can get your luggage out of your car without your door hitting the car next to you. Had a few dings in our car door from the car next to us when they opened their door

The customer service of the drivers is always exceptional. They quickly pick up and drop off safely. I had a hard time getting out of the gate with the new QR code scan for payment. I've been parking at this particular site location since 2006 and improvements are always happening to ensure that the customer has the best experience.

Arrival was great, employees were friendly and efficient. The pickup service on the return trip was SLOW (we waited quite a while for the shuttle bus).....the woman in the exit booth at the parking lot was EXTREMELY RUDE and not very helpful!!. She should find a job where she doesn't have to work with the public.
