The employees. The shuttle’s were clean and prompt. Easy to find the lot.
Convenient, seems safe and efficient
Easy to use and safe. The only thing is I paid to park in the covered lot (in retrospect not worth the extra money) but mostly because I still had to walk out of the hanger and a couple rows down to find the shuttle. I wasn’t in a hurry but when I’ve parked there before in the regular outdoor spaces the shuttle always arrives right as I get out of my car.
Always very helpful to make that part of our trip easy.
i had my flight cancelled in Japan and had to stay an extra day. Very nice lady and manager took very good care of me when I returned. Helped me to remedy my situation and was omn my way in less than three minutes. Thank you all.
