Everything went smoothly, from online reservation to driving out the gate. Just a suggestion, when the driver is driving riders to their cars, it would very helpful if they would say the color and letter. Hard to see them, in the dark, while on the bus.

Only thing I will improve is the frequency of shuttles to pick you up from the airport. Sometimes you wait a little long.

I’ve never had to wait longer than a minute for a shuttle!

On 8/8/22 I was picked up at the airport at 7:45 PM by Josephina. I think all of your drivers are good; however, Josephina is "head and shoulders" above the others. She is the fastest and most efficient driver that I have ever seen. She can handle luggage as well as any man. And, she knows cars. I get frustrated with passengers that only know which row their car is in, and have to keep looking for it. Instead I tell the driver the make of car, which side it is on, and give them an indication how far down the row it is. Sometimes I even make the brake lights flash by pushing my FOB. However, last night when customers told her what type of car they had, Josephina always found it before the customer did. I'm retired, but if I were still working for a company, I would want to hire her. With the proper training, I believe she would be able to excel in any industry. I just wanted to let you know that Josephina is a real asset to your company and represents your company well.
