I love how easy it was for me for the very first time to interact with Park n’ Fly. I absolutely love the staff the bus drivers are respectful and very kind and super loving. They truly are a different kind because they show the love and appreciation and that is worth more than anything in this world. I am very greatful.
Fast pick up, convenient location, options for parking
I really like using Park N Fly at Oakland. However I do have concerns about late night service. I did spend 20 minutes waiting for a shuttle late at night (after midnight) and understand the service might not be the same as the middle of the day, but text message to say that the request was received and then not having a shuttle show up for 20 minutes in the middle of the night did lead to concern and unease.
