Friendly and attentive staff. Did not wait long to get picked up. The text msg system was great, I just sent a text to pick me up and they were there in minutes. Will use Park N Fly in the future, when I travel.

The staff had excellent customer service skills. There was no wait departing Park N Fly or returning back to my car. I will definitely be using Park N Fly again.

Shuttle drivers usually right there and helpful - close to the terminal - the bus is usually right there when I come out.

Easy to get into, pay online, BUT when I got there, the gate just opened and didnt give me a ticket. No cashier around. So when shuttle guy picked me up, he was caught of guard that I didnt have a ticket. When I returned from my trip, The cashier stand wasnt attended, had to find help at 12am.
I had to wait a LONG time to just get out, even though I paid online before arriving.

What do you like about our services?

A friendly person is always working the gate. The shuttle buses have always been waiting there for us and pick us up at our car. On the return trip, sometimes it takes awhile to get picked but you can call and get one sent over faster. Prices are good/competitive.

Always there to pick me up at my car when I arrive. Not to long of a wait from the airport. Drivers are always courteous and most of the time very helpful with luggage. I have tried other. This is the best place.
