Shuttle was on point. We did not have to wait for a shuttle at the parking lot or when we returned from out flight. Best service we've had at Park n Fly.

Timely for pickup and the app has the addition of shuttle tracking. We forgot an item on the shuttle and the employees were quick to let us know before we left the lot. Excellent service.

Wonderful services. Wish we had made the switch to your company sooner.

We were greeted at the gate and we were directed where to park, which made it very simple and convenient. Our car was parked in a clean and safe space.

The drivers are nice and friendly and help with your luggage. I liked the way you call right after you receive your luggage and they are right there. No waiting for 15-20 min like the last company we were with.

Upon our exit, we were helped with the scanner and given two cold bottles of water. I thought that was a GREAT jester.

We will definitely be coming back, and we will tell all of our friends about your company.

Thank you SO much, it's nice to have a company that cares about its customers !!!

The drivers are friendly. I've never had to wait longer than 5 mins for shuttle pick up at the airport. I have not had any issues with my car (so far). When I return, my car is always found safe
