I was overcharged at the check out window. Before I parked at your facility, after I made my reservation, I called Minnesota facility to extend my reservation for another day that is instead of 21st I would pick my vehicle on 22nd. I was told I would be pay only $18/- for 22nd.
On 9th when I arrived at your facility, Park n fly code was not working. So one of your drive printed out the receipt of my arrival at your long term covered parking facility.
I do park at your facility long term, but this experience has disappointed me to some extent.

It was a short wait of 5 minutes at the Airport pickup point. Larry, the shuttle driver, was very good.

fast easy and always helpful... was worried then saw no attendee but a lady popped her head out of booth and helped. it wasn't very clear where to scan your QR code.

Frequency of buses has increased, and this is a good thing because I considered changing parking locations (after 30 years) because waiting on buses is not desired. .

The driver picked us up quickly and drove directly to our car. He even scarped snow off a few cars that needed it.

We use parknfly often, almost always have a very short time for shuttle pick-up either at our car or at the airport. On our last trip, however, the shuttle driver went beyond his job of driving the bus. My husband left his backpack on the shuttle. We were in the terminal waiting to get on the elevator when we heard a voice loudly asking if anyone was missing a backpack. We looked over by the door where the shuttle driver was holding a backpack that looked just like ours! That’s when we discovered my husband didn’t have his backpack. That driver saved our trip! I hope the driver sees this post, I want him to know how grateful we are that he took the time to find us. So yes, I can recommend ParknFly.

This was my 2nd time using Park N Fly. The process was easy from the beginning to the end! The drivers were so helpful and very knowledgeable of knowing who’s luggage goes with who!

Efficient & Secure. I always feel safe dropping my car off and picking it up at early hours. And the shuttle is always ready to cart me to the airport and back. And they have very friendly staff too. I will keep using their service.
