Customer service is great, quick response for pick up to and from the airport.

A person was at the gate checking people in. Told us exactly where to go. The bus was at that spot to pick us up. On return, the bus was a 5-minute wait. Took us right to the spot. All very efficient.

Prompt, courteous, efficient

You're employees are great! I had prepaid for 3-4 days parking online, but after arriving at your facility on Friday morning, January 26, to leave on our trip, I did almost everything wrong!

1. I failed to scan the QR code at the entry gate on my prepaid receipt (I didn't realize that I was supposed to do that) when arriving at your parking lot.
2. I lost the small piece of paper that identified my vehicle's location when we returned from our trip on Monday, January 29.
3. I also lost the parking ticket that I had been issued when I entered the parking lot on Friday morning!

Despite all of that, the driver of the shuttle bus and the employee at the exit gate were extremely kind and helpful to me. That was really appreciated by me and my wife.

Prompt pick-up!

Very efficient. We were picked up as soon as we parked our car and taken directly to the terminal. We flew out of terminal one in return through terminal two and pick up was quick at terminal two. The drivers were very helpful and courteous. A definite positive recommendation.

Opportunity for improvement: the email that was sent after reserving the spot and text sent prior to the return flight. Both were somewhat confusing as far as directions. The email should be very clear in where the park n fly lot is located. The text did not clearly direct us to the pickup location.
